Every consultation is tailored to your home and the decisions you would like help with. We can focus on a particular room, review a wider renovation, or work through a number of individual design questions.

How should I prepare for my consultation?

Before your consultation, we recommend putting together a simple PDF presentation or Pinterest board with anything that will help us understand your home and what you would like to achieve.

This might include photographs of the spaces you would like to discuss, floor plans, inspiration images, existing furniture that needs to be considered, and any particular questions or decisions you would like help with. You can also include links to furniture, lighting, fabrics or other pieces you are considering.

Please send this information at least 48 hours before your consultation. This gives us time to familiarise ourselves with your home beforehand, allowing the consultation itself to be focused on ideas, solutions and recommendations.

What will I receive after the consultation?

Following your consultation, we will send you a concise summary of the key recommendations discussed, together with relevant links to products, suppliers or resources where applicable.

This is intended as a useful reference to help you put the advice into practice and move forward with your project.

How much can we cover during a consultation?

You may be surprised by how much can be resolved in a focused conversation.

With the information provided beforehand, we can begin the consultation already familiar with your space and priorities. This allows us to concentrate on the decisions that matter — whether that is resolving a furniture layout, establishing a colour palette, reviewing renovation plans or bringing clarity to a room that simply isn't working.

For larger projects or several rooms, we may recommend a longer consultation to allow enough time to consider each area properly.

Where do consultations take place?

Consultations can take place online or in your home in London.

For home consultations outside London, please get in touch and we can discuss availability and travel arrangements.

What if I can't find a suitable appointment?

If none of the available appointments are suitable, or you would like to arrange a consultation further in advance, please get in touch and we will be happy to look at alternative dates.

How much does a consultation cost?
